INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
This information is provided pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree. n. 196 of 30 June 2003 "Code regarding the protection of personal data" ("Privacy Code") and subsequent amendments, as well as in compliance with the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679 ("GDPR") without prejudice of course to all additions and amendments that may become necessary following national and European legislative interventions as well as the issue of provisions and guidelines by the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data and other national and European authorities in the field of privacy.
1. PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS
Your personal data will be processed in full compliance with current legislation on the protection and processing of personal data. The processing is therefore necessary for the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at your request and is mandatory and essential for the law and / or for the execution of the contract with the consequence that your refusal to provide them would completely preclude the Company from being able to evaluate your application. The Association will proceed to collect and process "sensitive" data (those suitable for revealing, by way of example, racial and ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership of parties, trade unions, associations or organizations of a religious, philosophical, political or trade union nature, as well as personal data suitable for revealing the state of health and sexual life) in full compliance with current national and European legislation.
2. METHOD OF TREATMENT
The processing of personal data will take place using manual, computerized or telematic tools, however suitable for guaranteeing their security and confidentiality.
3. PERIOD OF CONSERVATION
The data will be kept for a maximum period of six months from your joining the Association or from the date of the last update of the same you communicated to us.
4. POSSIBLE RECIPIENTS AND CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
The data may not be disclosed to third parties or disclosed to persons, associations or professional firms that provide assistance.
5. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
You, as an interested party, will have the possibility to exercise towards the Association all the rights recognized and guaranteed by art. 7 and ss. of the Privacy Code, in relation to the processing activities concerning your personal data. Also in compliance with the new provisions of the GDPR, you will in particular have the right to obtain at any time:
a) confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the processing of personal data concerning you and, if so, to obtain access to personal data as well as to information on the categories of personal data processed, on the recipients or categories of recipients to which personal data are or will be communicated, on the envisaged retention period, on the existence of the right to request rectification, cancellation or limitation of processing, on the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, on the existence of a automated decision making, including profiling.
b) the immediate correction of inaccurate personal data and the integration of incomplete personal data;
c) the immediate cancellation of personal data concerning you when consent is revoked, are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed or the legal basis for the processing has ceased, have been unlawfully processed or this obligation is imposed by law or by judicial authorities.
d) the limitation of the processing of personal data concerning you if you dispute the accuracy of the same or the processing is unlawful or although the Association no longer needs it for the purposes of the processing, the personal data are in any case necessary for the verification, '' exercise or defense of a right in court;
e) the personal data concerning you provided to the Association in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device and to transmit such data to another data controller without impediments by the Association, if the processing is carried out by automated means . If technically feasible, you also have the right to obtain the direct transmission of your personal data from the Association to another data controller;
f) the revocation of the consent provided for the processing of sensitive data. In addition to the aforementioned rights, the Data Subject always has the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority for any matter concerning the processing of their personal data. The above rights may be exercised by sending a written request or by e-mail to the Association using the contacts provided in point 1 of this information. The company will take care to inform you if it intends to further process the data you have provided for a purpose other than that for which it was collected.
